Project Overview:

This high-rise, open-concept residence was designed as a deeply personal reflection of my client’s story—where every detail was thoughtfully curated to honor both memory and lifestyle.

With expansive views of Lake Michigan as the backdrop, the design direction centered on creating a space that feels calm, elevated, and effortlessly cohesive. A layered palette of blues and soft neutrals was introduced to echo the tranquility of the water, while sculptural furnishings and refined materials bring depth and quiet sophistication to the overall composition.

Given the open-concept layout, intentionality was key. Each element was selected to flow seamlessly from one area to the next, ensuring visual continuity without sacrificing individuality. The result is a space that feels unified, yet rich in detail.

Throughout the home, meaningful touches were incorporated to reflect the client’s Pacific Northwest roots—expressed through curated artwork and collected pieces that add both character and connection.

At its core, this project is a tribute—to a love that continues to live on, and to the memories shaped on the water. The final design balances beauty with purpose, creating an environment that is not only visually striking, but deeply lived in.
